Amplify Screen: Require Closed Job Statuses when Closed Job Notifications are Enabled

When the Notify Candidates of Closed Jobs screener setting is enabled, the Closed Job Statuses field is now required. The screener engagement settings drawer now validates your configuration before saving. If no statuses are selected, the Save button is disabled and a required field indicator appears beneath the field in real time.

Why does it matter?

Enabling closed job notifications without defining which statuses count as closed was the most common setup error among Amplify customers and a frequent go-live blocker. This validation surfaces the issue during setup, reducing troubleshooting overhead and helping ensure candidates have a consistent, error-free screening experience from the start.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers using Amplify Screen with Bullhorn Amplify Edition. No additional configuration is required.
